In the eighth chapter of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion you visit the village Nibelheim. Some activities await you here – including the side quest “Seven Wonders of Nibelheim”. One of the seven wonders is in a safe in Shinra Mansion. We’ll show you how to crack the safe.
Where can I find the safe in the Shinra mansion?
First things first: where is the safe anyway? The still locked safe is in one of the bedroom upstairs. Once you enter the villa, go up the stairs, then turn left and then enter the bedroom on the right.
You can’t open the safe yet – you need a code first, which is from four digits consists.
How do I crack the code?
The code for the safe is randomly generated in each pass. However, the path to the code always remains the same: you have to go to a room in the villa for each digit and count certain things. There’s a note on the floor next to the safe. In this note you will find hints on what specifically you have to count.
We list the four clues here for you. In the brackets we wrote down what things are meant by that.
- 1st digit: Nonconformist Knowledge (books)
- 2nd digit: Disgusting Existence (Monster)
- 3rd digit: Tasty Souvenirs (Purple Apples)
- 4th digit: Four-legged (chairs)
The first digit
For the first digit you have to go to the closed door at the end of the hallway East wing upstairs. Look through the keyhole and count all the untidy books. This includes books on the floor, on the shelf, and on the chairs.
The second digit
Head back into the main hall and then to the door in the east wing of the mansion – this is on the right as you look out from the entrance. Here you all have to Pumpkin Head Monster count in space. Some of them move up and down, while others keep disappearing from your field of view. So wait a moment to count everyone.
The third digit
For the third digit you return to the upper floor. In the room before the bedroom where you found the safe, there is a locked door to the left of the bedroom door. Here you have to count all the purple apples. However, not only the apples count, but also the Tins of preserved apples. The apples themselves can be a bit difficult to see because of the darkness.
The fourth digit
The last digit can be found in the main hall. Go to the door just opposite the room with the pumpkin head monsters. All you have to do in this room is all chairs to count. Only whole chairs count – you don’t have to count the chair legs.
Once you have collected all four digits, return to the vault and type the code a.
