What are the consequences of my decision?
Let’s keep it short: There are no game-breaking consequences for your decision. If you don’t want to be spoiled, you should stop reading here.
In Afterlife you have to decide whether you Tells Dex about Evelyn’s betrayal or keep silent. Important: The latter does not automatically mean that you accept Evelyn’s offer. You can also be loyal to Deshawn without delivering the queen to the knife.
On the other hand, if you tell her about Evelyn’s offer, it is Dexter delighted with your loyalty and promises you a juicy bonus after completing the job.
But you can brush them off because the coup goes wrong and instead of fair pay, you get a bullet in the head. Your former fixer is later executed at an Arasaka landfill.
Even Evelyn doesn’t keep her sweet promise, as it disappears later in the game. So it doesn’t matter who you choose. A possibly bad conscience is the only consequence of the playful dilemma.
