For answering this question.. The answer is yes you can watch 1080p with Helio G99 even if the video is 1080p/60fps but for 2k and 4k it will probably be lah cause it can't deal with higher resolution video so mucu

They custom rom the tablet.. So they actually make the tablet no root and put a Lineage OS..
