How are the two Pokemon editions Crimson & Crimson different from each other?

Appear from almost every main part of the Pokémon series two different editions – this time they are called Pokémon Crimson and Pokémon Crimson. There are a few exclusive Pokémon to catch in each edition, including always the legendary cover Pokémon. If you want the Pokémon of the other edition, you have to trade Pokémon with owners of the respective edition.
