In Splatoon 3 there are countless weapons with which you can let off steam in the multiplayer matches. From fast blasters, miniguns and sniper riflesup to wallpaper rollers, brushes and the new one splatanas. With each level up, you get a voucher that you can exchange for a new weapon at the weapon dealer.
Best all-rounder: Kleckser
- Unlockable from: Level 2
- Secondary Weapon: stickybomb
- Special Weapon: Trizooka
The dab is one of the best weapons out there and can be acquired right after your first level up to level 2. The automatic rifle is the perfect all-rounder and very easy to use.

the stickybomb is a grenade that sticks to surfaces and explodes after a few seconds. You can use the bomb offensively and defensively to defend important points on the map. The sticky bomb is also great for coloring the arena.
special weapon
the Trizooka is an enormously powerful rocket launcher. If you activate your special weapon, you have three rockets with a large blast radius at your disposal. With these you can catch several enemies at once and color large parts of the map.
Rapid Fire Tip: N-ZAP85
- Unlockable from: stage 6
- Secondary Weapon: stickybomb
- Special Weapon: potion tank
The design of the N-ZAP8 is undoubtedly based on Nintendo’s Light Gun. The rapid-fire weapon not only draws historical parallels, but also dominates in multiplayer with its enormous high rate of fire.

As the stickybomb works, we have already described you in the dab. If you play with the N-ZAP85, you can also use the sticky bomb to defend your potion tank.
special weapon
Of the potion tank is a support skill that empowers the entire team. Each group member can grab one of the four drinks.
The drinks grant the following bonuses:
- Increase in running speed
- Increase in swimming speed
- Reduced respawn time
- Less special track loss on death
Best range: drum slosh
- Unlockable from: level 14
- Secondary Weapon: Bubble Bomb
- Special Weapon: cool ball
The drum squirter is a large bucket that you use to shoot your ink in a straight line in front of you. The Schwapper owns one high range and deals a lot of damage, but has a slower rate of fire.

the Bubble Bomb can be charged before throwing by shaking either your controller or the joycon. You can charge the bubble bomb up to two times. Each charge causes another detonation. So you can detonate the bubble bomb three times.
special weapon
the cool ball is a giant ink bomb that covers a gigantic area. If you activate the cool ball, you must first charge it by pressing the down arrow key several times. Then you throw her the bomb by pressing the R button.
Best precision: Fein-Disperser
- Unlockable from: level 16
- Secondary Weapon: insta bomb
- Special Weapon: crab shell
The Fine Disperser is a rapid-fire weapon with a high rate of fire and low dispersion. Since the projectiles fly in a straight arc, you miss less often than with other weapons.

As the name suggests, it explodes insta bomb immediately after their serve. The low ink cost allows the Insta Bomb to be used more often than other sub-weapons.
special weapon
When the special bar is full, you can join one for a short time crab shell swing. Hold the ZR Button for quick shots and press the R Button to fire the big cannon. Be careful that the enemies don’t stab you in the back. This is where the tank’s weak point lies.
Best Melee Weapon: Flex Roller
- Unlockable from: level 20
- Secondary Weapon: ink refill
- Special Weapon: Swarm Missile
The Flex Roller is one strong melee weapon, which deals high damage. Like any roller, the Flex roller is also ideal for quickly coloring the floor. The longer you hold down the attack button, the faster you run.
secondary weapon
If enemies come within range of you ink refill, the mine detonates, dealing damage and marking enemies hit. Only two mines can be active at a time. If you place a new mine, the first mine will automatically explode. The mines are excellent for defending key points.
special weapon
With the Swarm Missiles you can kill multiple enemies at once. If you activate the rockets, you must first mark the opponents. If you press the button again, the missiles will automatically fly to the marked targets. The special weapon is easy to use and ensures guaranteed kills.
