Magic and wizardry fans could have been looking forward to a big hit game for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC later this year. The developer of Hogwarts Legacy is now announcing a release date, which, however, is also accompanied by a delay.

Hogwarts Legacy: Harry Potter game is coming later
Since the announcement of Hogwarts Legacy, Harry Potter fans have been fired up to finally be able to immerse themselves in the magical world. However, there has not yet been a release date. The developers are now finally announcing a date on Twitter that players can mark in the calendar. Therefore Hogwarts Legacy will be released on February 10, 2023 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
Even if it’s nice to finally have certainty, this release date is again some time later than previously hoped. Actually, Hogwarts Legacy would have namely to be released in winter 2022. Switch players have it even worse. The tweet only reveals that a date for Nintendo’s hybrid console will be announced shortly. So it’s quite possible that the Switch version of Hogwarts Legacy will be released even later.
