The PlayStation 5 has been on the market for around two years and many have still not been able to secure a console. According to an insider, that could change in 2023, however, because Sony is said to be planning to boost sales next year.
PlayStation 5: Sony has probably set itself big goals
A report from Sony reveals that the company more than 21.7 million PS5 consoles shipped since launch through June 2022 Has. The sum sounds huge, but many are still hunting for one of the consoles (source: Sony).
According to industry insider Tom Henderson’s sources, that’s about to change, as Sony is set to Ship 30 million consoles want. That would be significantly more in one year than in the previous two years. One wonders how Sony wants to do that (source: Insider Gaming).
Back in September, we reported on a hot rumor about a new PlayStation 5, which is characterized by the fact that you can attach and detach the drive yourself as you wish.
